Turn any 3D model (.glb, .gltf or .fbx) into one game-ready sprite sheet: a resting frame, animation frames from one or many clips, an optional spin strip and optional tilted frames, all cropped to the same box. What you see in the dashed square is what gets rendered. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

A single .glb or .fbx file (Mixamo downloads work), or scene.gltf + scene.bin together (plus any texture files)
Tip: open the unzipped folder, press Ctrl+A, and drag everything in at once
Arrows turn the view 5° (arrow keys too; hold Shift for 1°). Double-click a part to orbit around it.
Untick a part to hide it. Hidden parts are left out of renders.
Tick a material to paint it a flat color. Useful when an FBX or OBJ export lost its colors and everything looks white or grey. Untick to get the original back.
Put a gun, tool or sword in the character's hand. It follows the bone through every animation.
Length is a share of the character's height. Scrub through the animation to check the grip. To hide a gun that came with the character, untick it under Parts.
The resting frame uses the pose on the scrub bar. Anim frames is the default frame count for newly ticked clips.
Add clips from other files made for the same character, such as Mixamo downloads.
Tilted frames lean left, straight and right, like a dart or arrow stuck in a target. 0 turns them off.
